More of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes separation drama unfolds as rumors recently surfaced claiming the Mission: Impossible actor, 49, has plans to file his own set of divorce papers in California as early as the upcoming week.
Though Holmes, 33, officially announced her split on Friday sought for sole custody of the couple six-year-old daughter Suri Cruise, reports say that the Jack & Jill actress may be forced to move the divorce proceedings to the west coast as she allegedly does not meet the residency requirements for the filing.
